Nordic Walking!
Here at Chiray we are excited to be able to offer a schedule of walks and ‘Learn To’ sessions to suit all abilities. We are in the process of updating our website to give Nordic Walking a dedicated section, until then it’s taking front page!
Nordic Walking is our opinion the easiest and most fun way of getting fit and healthy. It has a wealth of benefits including, weight loss, burns 46% more calories than normal walking, easy on knees and joints, great for neck, shoulder and back problems, improved heart health and is a great way get out in the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in which we live.
If I haven’t convinced you yet why not come along to one of our FREE taster sessions. These run on various dates and times through the month so please have a look at the website and contact us to book your place.
If you would like to learn how to Nordic Walk then we are running regular ‘Learn To’ courses. Again see the website for details. The cost of these courses is £39 and involves either 2 x 90 minute and 4 x 60 minute sessions.
