What is zest4life?

zest4life is an exciting new and powerful weight loss process designed to motivate you to change and your improve body, your health, and your well-being permanently and safely under the guidance of Manjula who is a trained and qualified Nutritional Therapist and Weight Loss Coach.  Manjula provides nutrition and weight loss services via group programmes, workshops and private consultations in the Bournemouth area.

The zest4life process was developed by a team of experts including Patrick Holford (one of Britain’s most respected nutritionists) to fill the need for a more intelligent and healthy approach with better long term results.  

zest4life  incorporates fascinating wellbeing seminars and a simple education in nutrition to educate and empower individuals to incorporate healthy changes.  To encourage long term change, zest4life includes the vital ingredient of motivational weight loss coaching to help clients set goals, overcome emotional eating and barriers to success, and stay motivated to reach their objectives and really change their lives. Food diaries, menu planning and personal recommendations all contribute to the effectiveness of zest4life.

 
Programmes

Manjula runs 10 week motivational group programmes which you attend for 2 hours per week. The initial introduction to the programme is a 31/2 hour session followed by ten weekly sessions of two hours long with mid week motivational email support. Groups have on average 12 -15 people to a maximum of 20 people to ensure personal attention. Smaller groups, individual programmes, at-home programmes are also available. 

 

What happens at a  group programme?

  • Full Body Composition Analysis, body fat %, BMI, muscle, bone and fat mass to enable a thorough insight into weight loss progress.
  • Health checks include your metabolic age, hydration levels, blood sugar regulation and more.
  • Fascinating wellbeing topics including how food intolerances can affect our weight, mood, energy levels, how the food we eat can improve or exacerbate conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, pms, depression, food cravings, infertility and impact aging, our digestion, energy levels and moods.
  • eight loss education, why other weight loss diets fail, blowing the weight loss myths, and learn practical tips for making long term lifestyle changes.
  • Survival tips for ‘holidays, silly season and eating out’.
  • Guest speakers include, Image consultants, Fitness Experts and more.
  • Goal Setting, Motivational Weight loss coaching to help you overcome barriers that have held you back in the past.
  • Overcoming emotional eating and cravings.
  • Weekly progress trackers, to help you become aware of the health changes that occur as you incorporate this healthier diet and lifestyle.
  • Weekly food diaries are examined by your coach to help identify areas that are working well or not so well for you.
  • Menu planning, simple convenient recipes, practical tips on reading food labels, shopping advice and sample health foods such as millet, quinoa, buckwheat on display all to help make these lifestyle changes easy to incorporate. Cookery classes at intervals throughout the year, for those not so confident in the kitchen (an extra charge applies).
  • All in an elegant, fun and supportive group setting – the very best way to get fast results.

 

Places are limited to ensure personal attention and support is received. It is therefore advisable to book early. Then should you wish to be on the same programme as family or friends please book altogether to avoid disappointment.
